The Hill Clan

My family is so incredible. Every single person brings a different sense of joy and satisfaction to my life.

My Brother: Chris is 10 years older than I am. Even since we were kids, he & I have been very close. He is the carefree one in the bunch. He is the risk-taker and never does what makes perfect sense. He is one of the funniest people I know and will do almost anything for a laugh! I'm lucky enough to only live 2 hours away from him and see him every so often. He has 2 beautiful girls that are his pride & joy.

My Sister: Oh Kat.. she is the worrier in the family! She is constantly worried about our well-being & always puts herself last. She has the biggest heart out of us all. She is 5 years older than I. Over the past few years, we have grown closer than we ever have been. Even though there is 6 hours of distance between us, we keep in touch almost every day. She has a husband who is absolutely wonderful to her & the love of her life. She has 2 young kids that keep her a busy stay-at-home mom!

My Mother: My very best friend. I don't think anyone talks more to their mom more than I do! It's rare if we don't talk at least 4-5 times a day! She always makes me laugh at the simplest of things... and not only do I mean just laughing, but to the point where we have tears rolling down our faces and our stomach muscles ache. I love her more than words can describe and am thankful everyday I have with her.

My Father: He is the most amazing father, husband, grandfather, and most of all a true teacher of what life is all about. He and my mom have been happily married for 35 years. He is the glue to our family. My father has always supported me in every aspect of my life. I constantly seek support and guidance from him and listen carefully to his words of wisdom & hold it very close to my heart. Anyone who is lucky enough to know my father will be forever changed by his presence.

I'm going to end with this quote that sums it all up:

Families are like fudge - mostly sweet with a few nuts. ~Author Unknown
